Services include editing and proofreading of academic theses and other scholarly writing such as journal articles and academic book chapters.

Based on two decades' experience as an editor, research academic and linguist (see About me and Publications), the Semiosmith approach involves a close engagement with the research scholar (and if appropriate, their supervisor) and their work, through written comments and face-to-face consultation, to raise and clarify issues arising during the editing process. I am also available for research consulting in my areas of expertise (see Publications), particularly in intonational analysis.
